"I have no idea till now on when and why some key indexes that were discussed repeatedly were overthrown," Wei said.

The pregnant mother said she tried to keep her composure until Zofia, who turns three in December, left the store. "I didn't want Zofia to be scared because she's never spent a night away from us."
The national supermarket chain said it was looking into the incident.
"It was never our intent to separate a mother from her child. That was a very unfortunate consequence to this situation," said Susan Houghton, a spokeswoman for the California-based supermarket chain.
The couple was released after posting bail. A police officer escorted them back to the store - which banned them for a year, she said - where they picked up their groceries and walked home just before midnight.
"We basically stared at each other all night. We woke up at the crack of dawn and called (the state child welfare office)," Leszczynski said. While waiting, she vented about the experience on babycenter.com and contacted a lawyer for help with being reunited with Zofia. At the lawyer's suggestion, they took their story to the media.
Zofia was returned after an 18-hour separation from her parents.

Gillett was rocked by the death of his good mate, as was the shattered Bribie Island league community.

"Todd was born on December 6. Six was his lucky number."
Parnell played five-eighth in a club game for the Warrigals only hours before he died. "He wore the No 6 jumper that night. I still have it," Stirling said. "I watched him play, he had a wonderful game.
"He went home, got changed and went back to a 21st party at the club and was killed later that night."

Gillett was blessed with natural ability but didn't always push himself.

Prof. David Nachmias of the Inter-Disciplinary Center in Herzliya said Netanyahu may be facing his toughest political challenge of his premiership.
"There are several problems, not only the housing crisis, but also the rising prices of commodities including food, gasoline and electricity," Nachmias said, "where the middle class is being hurt really badly. They are protesting."
He added that at the same time, people are also protesting against the concentration of wealth and finances in the hand of a relatively small number of people.
"It's a serious crisis, and given that Netanyahu and his governing coalition might indeed be in trouble," Nachmias said.
Nachmias argued that the current crisis is a much more complex problem for Netanyahu than the diplomatic pressure he faces regarding to the peace process with the Palestinians.
While it might have been possible for Netanyahu to tell the Americans that he is planning to do something but then do nothing and still get away with it, Nachmias said, but when it comes to domestic politics, that wouldn't be possible.

Guo Tianyong, director of the China Banking Research Center under the Central University of Finance and Economics, said that the primary cause of the rapid expansion of local debt is that the reform of the tax system has caused the asymmetric distribution of administrative and financial powers between local governments. Prosecutors said he recruited people to act as straw donors who would give money to the Kashmiri American Council that really was coming from the Pakistani government. "All these years, I have closely worked with you and others who came before you. It has taken us much time, energy, dedication, strategy and planning to achieve our common cause."
Fai, 62, appeared before a federal magistrate judge, who ordered him jailed until a detention hearing Thursday afternoon. Prosecutor Gordon Kromberg said Fai faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
A soft-spoken father of two, Fai is a leading voice in the debate over the future of Kashmir, the mountainous border area that India and Pakistan have fought over for years. He supports the pro-Pakistan viewpoint that Kashmiris should vote on whether to be part of Pakistan or India. India claims the territory as its own.
He is perhaps best known in Washington for organizing the annual Kashmir Peace Conference on Capitol Hill. The event is billed as an independent forum for Indian and Pakistani voices, but the Justice Department said the Pakistani government approved the speakers and gave Fai talking points to highlight. Together with her colleagues at the CAAS, Zhang conducted a field investigation on the effects of agrochemicals on soil fertility across the country over the past 10 years.
"More cultivated land will face risks of greater yield decreases in the next few years since the soil is too fragile to withstand natural disasters, which will become more severe and longer due to climate change," she said.
Jiang, from the Academy of Sciences, highlighted the importance of government support.
"More subsidies are needed to support intensive cultivation, a traditional way to protect soil fertility. At present, almost no farmers are willing to do so because of higher costs in terms of time and money," he said.
Lu Bu, another CAAS professor, said farmers needed practical help.
"The government should encourage companies to help local farmers with intensive cultivation, such as providing advanced equipment that ordinary farmers cannot afford."
"Farmers usually only care about crop output and income. They seldom consider the soil damage and potential risks to human health from overusing fertilizers," Li Shilin, director of the agricultural technical station in Anhui province's Fengtai county, said.
China uses 1.3 million tons of pesticides annually, with usage per unit area 2.5 times the global average, Zhang Weili, a CAAS professor on soil and fertilizer, told China Daily, citing official figures.
Also, the country's surface water pollution is grave while its seven major rivers and coastal waters are also polluted, a report by the Ministry of Environmental Protection said in June.
